Acupuncture
Originating from China thousands of years ago, acupuncture is one of the oldest healing methods in the world. It involves the insertion of fine needles to the skin to stimulate specific points to correct imbalances.

Remedial Massage
Remedial massage is a
systematic assessment and treatment. Our professional therapists will focus on improving the health of your muscles, tendons, ligaments and connective tissues to manage pain, restore functionality and assist in injury rehabilitation.
Traditional Chinese Massage
(Tui Na)
A form of massage to release
blockages and restore optimal circulation in the muscles and soft tissue. Tui Na uses Chinese Medicine channel theory to diagnose and treat many musculoskeletal disorders. Each treatment is tailored according to the patients constitution and presentation.
Cupping
Cupping is the placement of suction cups on the skin to draw stagnation to the surface of the body.
