Chinese Herbs are generally prescribed as formulas according to the needs of
the patient. Practitioners may prescribe raw herbs, tablets or granules.

Traditional Chinese Massage

 (Tui Na)

A form of massage to release
blockages and restore optimal circulation in the muscles and soft tissue. Tui Na uses Chinese Medicine channel theory to diagnose and treat many musculoskeletal disorders. Each treatment is tailored according to the patients constitution and presentation.



Cupping is the placement of suction cups on the skin to draw stagnation to the surface of the body.
